Prince Gbenga Lufadeju graduated from the University of Ilorin in 1981 with B.Sc. Honors in Geology and Mineral Science. He joined NNPC in 1983 after his NYSC.
He is currently the Chief Executive Officer/ Vice Chairman of Gldynamics Solutions Nigeria Limited, a fully oil and gas indigenous company. He started the company with some of his colleagues after his retirement on 16 June 2016 from the Department of Petroleum Resources where he was a General Manager/ Assistant Director in charge of Gas Exploration and Production.
Before his appointment to his current position, he was a Manager and the Acting Head Office of the Director In charge of Basinal Assessment, Lease Management, Local Content and Servicom, which was a position that allows him to partake in the Top Management Assignment and meetings.
Gbenga was the pioneer secretary to the Marginal Field Award Committee in 2003 and also appointed as the sole Coordinator of the 2013 Marginal Field Award Committee where he actively participated in the drafting of the policies and Road Shows for the exercise.
Amongst many of his duties as a REGULATOR, Gbenga was the chairman of the Technical Audit Committee for all the fields in SPDC Eastern Division in 2010. He was appointed as the Technical Member, Maritime Working Group, Committee United Nations/ Nigerian-Cameroon Mixed Commission for implementation of the I.C.J. judgment of 10th October 2002 till date.
Following this assignment, he was also appointed as the Geoscience Technical expert of the Nigeria Extended Continental Shelf project under the presidency (a united Nation Project) commission on the limits of the continental shelf (CLCS) and supervised by the National Boundary Commission (NBC)
Gbenga is currently the Assistant Secretary Committee of Niger Delta (STRATCOM) and was a member of the DPR/OPTS committee of improving the working relationship amongst the stakeholders in the Oil and Gas industry.
